Security Plugin Wordfence (Defiant Inc.)

- Data transfer: The IP is transmitted to servers of Defiant Inc. (USA). Since Wordfence is mandatory for the security of the website, this is done on the basis of legitimate interest. (Note: Defiant Inc. is generally certified under the “Data Privacy Framework”).
- Legal basis: Protection of the IT infrastructure (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

- What is recorded? A cookie named
pll_language. - Purpose: Storage of the language chosen by the visitor (DE, IT, EN) so that the page does not jump back to the default language on the next click.
